Products Private Limited, a Rajiv
Group company based at Ahmedabad, is one of the leading manufacturer
and exporter of raffia woven sacks
and Fabric. It’s manufacturing facility is based at Dholka,
40Km from Ahmedabad, Gujarat having latest state of the art
600kg/hr fully computerized Lohia tape line & 54 circular
six shuttle looms. It has full fledged testing laboratory, two
automatic four colour printing machine, Auto cutting &
stitching Machine and all auxiliary equipments to mach the
maximum production. In totality we have a production capacity of
around 7000 mt per annum. With two tape lines and 82 six shuttle
lohia circular looms.
Our products application ranging from
cement, food grains, Fertilizers, tarpaulin & specialty wide
width fabric. We cater to an esteemed list of customers like Ambuja
cement, Shree Cement, Heidlelberg Cement, Sanghi Cement, Saurashtra
Cement, Renuka Sugar, Tata chemicals, Food Corporation of India,
Shree Ram Fertilizers and many more. We are exporting in Middle East
& African countries too.
We are also into trading activity
of commodity polymers by the name of Rajiv Petrochemicals Private
Limited, largest agency house in Gujarat with an annual sales
turnover of more than Rs. 500 Cr. We trade almost 4000 MT of
commodity polymers every month in local as well as imported polymers
like PP, PE, PVC, PS, PET etc. This definitely gives us an edge in
terms of raw material procurement for our manufacturing unit. We are
in the process of getting an ISO certification to ensure the quality
products and in place system. Our ultimate objective is to be the
leading quality woven sacks manufacturer across the
breadth.

The
latest DUOTECH tape line of Lohia starlinger ltd with per hour melt
output of 600 kgs. It is equipped with “MAAG” pump essentially a
melt pump which eliminates linear variation in tape.
DUOTECH
tape line is equipped with the dosing unit capable to handle 4
different type grades at one time. It helps in homogeneous mixture
of polymer and hence better quality product. We have state of art
looms equipped with wide width surface winders to produce flat
fabric from 6 feet width to11 feet width. And can produce fabric
within+- 5MM tolerance giving further processes possible with
minimum faults
We
normally produce almost zero defect fabric but to ensure 100%
satisfaction to our customers we reform each rolls. Defects bigger
than 6” inches are cut & joined by using adhesive tapes.
We
have automatic cutting, printing gusseting device with 4 color
combinations ,online corona treatment which allows us good
printability surface to have tape tested printing which is
abrasion and scratch resistant.
Automatic
cutting and stitching machine which ensures minimum human interface
and hence giving standard size bags after bag. We believe that our
packaging solutions are not a cost to our customers but add value to
their products.

we ensure that the woven bags are properly packed in durable material
that keeps them free from any kind of damage during transit.
